With this transaction, CJ Logistics, a South Korea-based global logistics provider, acquired a 51% stake in Ibrakom for USD 69 mn. The investment supports CJ’s strategy to expand in emerging markets, particularly in regions with growing demand for complex logistics solutions, and to build a global network for multimodal freight and project logistics services.
