Ariston Holding N.V. acquires 100% of the Climate Systems division of Centrotec SE. As the largest transaction in the corporate history of the Ariston Group.

Ariston is a global supplier in the field of heating technology and one of the market leaders in Europe. Centrotec Climate Solutions complements Ariston's product range, particularly with regard to modern and energy-efficient heat pumps, but also with other products in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and combined heat and power. Centrotec Climate System includes brands such as Wolf, Brink, Pro-Klima and Ned Air.
