Jeesr Industries is a leading Moroccan tissue paper manufacturer with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. The company operates across the entire value chain with both tissue production and converting facilities, and it owns well-known brands such as Pandoo, Dalaa by Wooly, and Sany, serving a wide consumer base in Morocco.

With this transaction, Eczacıbaşı Tüketim Ürünleri (Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products), strengthens its position in the North African hygiene market, expands its brand portfolio, and integrates vertically in Morocco.

The acquisition was supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which provided a EUR 45.5 mn loan to Eczacıbaşı Tüketim Ürünleri to facilitate the transaction.
