Following the acquisition of HERBISSIMA in 2024, Elixens France acquires the business of aromatic raw materials for HELPAC’s industrial clients.
Elixens France’s intention to expand its sourcing and B2B offering of aromatic ingredients (essential oils, hydrosols and floral waters) to manufacturers in the cosmetics, flavourings and perfumes, and aromatherapy sectors.
This acquisition centres on the takeover of assets directly linked to the B2B sourcing and trading of aromatic ingredients, the transfer of staff assigned to the B2B business, and the creation of a joint venture to operate the historic St HILAIRE agricultural distillery.
