The deal allows Excellera - a leading corporate affairs consultancy in EMEA, supported by ICG - to expand its integrated offering of Corporate Affairs and financial communication in international markets.
Excellera will thus be able to count on total turnover of approximately Euro 80 million, about 400 among employees and associates, in 15 offices worldwide.
