Fondo Italiano d’Investimento and The Equity Club acquired the leading specialty glass manufacturer Isoclima

Fineurop Soditic acted as debt advisor to Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR and the club deal platform The Equity Club in the acquisition of 100% of Isoclima S.p.A. from UK-based private equity firm Stirling Square Capital Partners.

The transaction was carried out through Fondo Italiano Consolidamento e Crescita II, supporting leading Italian companies operating in sectors of strategic importance to the country, and TEC Glass S.p.A., an independent vehicle established by the investors participating in the club deal initiative promoted by The Equity Club.

Founded in 1977 in Este, in the province of Padua, Isoclima is one of the global leaders in the design and production of high-performance solutions made of glass, polycarbonate and acrylic for critical, technologically advanced and security-related applications.
