Korozo, from its factory in the Sefaköy district of Istanbul, is one of Türkiye’s largest flexible packaging producers, supplying to sectors such as food, hygiene, agriculture, and industrial applications. The company exports to over 80 countries and operates multiple production facilities, with a strong presence in European markets.

With this transaction, Actera Group, a Türkiye-focused private equity firm, acquired Korozo to support its growth plans and international expansion strategy.
