With this transaction, Multi-Color Corporation (MCC), a US based global leader in premium label solutions, has acquired 100% of the shares of Korsini through its Belgian subsidiary, MCC Verstraete N.V.. The acquisition strengthens MCC’s IML capabilities and expands its footprint across local and international markets, enabling it to offer enhanced solutions to a broader range of customers.
