With this transaction, Korozo, one of Türkiye’s largest flexible packaging manufacturers, acquired a majority stake in Korsini. The transaction aimed to broaden Korozo’s product offering in the IML segment and to support its strategic expansion into high-value, niche packaging markets both locally and abroad.
