Neuberg Diagnostics and Bhubaneswar-based ProLife Diagnostics have formed a strategic joint venture, Neuberg ProLife, to expand access to advanced, affordable and quality diagnostic services across Odisha.
The venture will combine Neuberg’s diagnostic capabilities, technology and national scale with ProLife’s local presence and understanding of the state’s healthcare ecosystem.
Wodehouse Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive advisor to the transaction.
