Fineurop Soditic acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Manucor in the sale of a 100% stake to the Bulgarian company Plastchim-T.
Based near Caserta, Manucor is active in the production of polypropylene films for the flexible packaging (food packaging) and labeling industry.

The company offers a complete range of specialty products to meet the needs of the market and posted a turnover of approximately Euro 150 million.

Plastchim – T is one of the main privately owned European manufacturers of biaxially oriented polypropylene films (BOPP), cast polypropylene films (CPP), and flexible packaging products, leading player in the packaging and packaging-related industry.

The acquisition of Manucor allows Plastchim-T to create Europe's largest producer of BOPP film, with an installed capacity of up to 200 kt per year.
