With this transaction, Mondi Group, a global leader in packaging and paper, acquired a 90.4% stake in Olmuksan from International Paper for approximately USD 122 mn, aiming to strengthen its position in the fast-growing Turkish corrugated market and expand its offering to existing and new customers in the region.
