Rinovha aggregates four leading companies in the sector - Alm.Eco, Gamma, Marcon, and Vico – able to cover the entire environmental services value chain.

Alm.Eco, based in Pavia, offers integrated services of waste transport, recycle and disposal.

Gamma, founded in Bolzano, treats with hazardous and non-hazardous waste, with particular attention to the steel, wood, paper, and building materials sectors.

Marcon deals with the collection, transportation, treatment, recovery, and disposal of solid and liquid waste, both hazardous and non-hazardous, in the Triveneto area.

Vico, headquartered near Savona, is focused on decommissioning, environmental remediation and industrial demolition.

The group, with 300 employees and a 2025 turnover of Euro 140 million, aims to become a national leader offering comprehensive and integrated services in the public and private sectors, and to reach a turnover of Euro 200 million in 2026 through organic growth and M&A.

With this transaction, Xenon intends to leverage the complementarity of the companies involved, encompassing all phases of environmental management within a single entity: from brokerage, to waste collection and transportation, to waste treatment and disposal, from industrial decommissioning to complex remediation, in Italy and abroad.

The French fund Tikehau Capital supported the deal and will provide additional resources to support the group in future acquisitions.
