Dalaman International Airport is one of Türkiye’s busiest airports for international tourism, serving as a key hub for the country’s southwestern coastal region. The airport features domestic and international terminals with a total capacity exceeding 20 mn passengers annually.

With this transaction, Ferrovial, a Spain based global infrastructure operator, acquired 60% of the airport from YDA Group for USD 159 mn, aiming to expand its presence in fast-growing tourist destinations. YDA Group retains a 40% stake and continues as a strategic partner in the operation.
