Bahar Su, Della Gıda, and İlk Mevsim Meşrubat are Türkiye-based companies engaged in the production and marketing of bottled water, fruit juices, and other non-alcoholic beverages, operating under the umbrella of Yıldız Holding.

The seller, Yıldız Holding, is one of Türkiye’s largest conglomerates with operations in food, retail, and packaging, and is the owner of globally recognized brands such as Ülker and Godiva.

With this transaction, DyDo Group Holdings, a Japan-based beverage company, acquired 90% shareholding in these three beverage entities, marking its entry into the Turkish beverage market and supporting its international growth strategy.
